By purchasing any coaching service, program, membership, or subscription from Didy Million Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Coaching Services

Didy Million Coaching provides educational, motivational, accountability, and personal development coaching services. Coaching may be delivered through:

* Telegram
* GroupMe
* Phone calls
* Video calls
* Text messaging
* Voice messages
* Email communication

The type and frequency of communication provided depend on the plan or package selected by the client.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

* You are at least 18 years old.
* You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
* You understand that coaching results vary from person to person.

3. No Guarantees

Didy Million Coaching does not guarantee any specific results, income, business success, financial gains, or personal outcomes.

Success depends on many factors, including your effort, consistency, commitment, and circumstances beyond our control.

All coaching services are intended for educational and accountability purposes only.

4. Communication Platforms

Clients understand and agree that coaching communication may occur through Telegram, GroupMe, phone calls, video calls, email, or messaging.

The level of support provided depends on the plan purchased. Response times may vary, and immediate responses are not guaranteed.

5. Payments

All payments must be made in full or according to the payment plan selected during checkout.

Failure to make payments may result in:

* Suspension of services;
* Removal from private groups or communities;
* Cancellation of coaching access without refund.

6. Refund Policy

Clients may request a refund within the first ten (10) calendar days after the start of service.

After ten (10) days of service, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

No refunds will be provided for:

* Failure to participate;
* Lack of commitment or implementation;
* Change of mind;
* Inactivity;
* Missed calls or sessions;
* Dissatisfaction based on unmet expectations not expressly guaranteed by Didy Million Coaching.

7. Cancellation

Clients may cancel future recurring payments at any time. Cancellation of future payments does not entitle the client to a refund for services already rendered.

Access to coaching services and private groups may terminate at the end of the current billing period.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

* Participate respectfully.
* Provide accurate information.
* Take responsibility for their decisions and actions.
* Maintain appropriate conduct in all groups and communications.

Harassment, abusive behavior, threats, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will make reasonable efforts to keep communications confidential.

However, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed on third-party platforms such as Telegram, GroupMe, email, or messaging applications.

Clients are responsible for protecting their own accounts and passwords.

10. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Didy Million Coaching does not provide:

* Medical advice;
* Mental health treatment;
* Psychological counseling;
* Legal advice;
* Tax advice;
* Investment advice.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please seek immediate assistance from a licensed healthcare professional or emergency services.

11. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, videos, worksheets, templates, recordings, and content provided by Didy Million Coaching remain the exclusive property of Didy Million Coaching.

Clients may not:

* Copy;
* Share;
* Sell;
* Reproduce;
* Redistribute;
* Publish

any materials without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Didy Million Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable coaching service.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, if a client:

* Violates these Terms and Conditions;
* Engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior;
* Harasses other members;
* Uses our services unlawfully.

14. Modifications

Didy Million Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on our website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
